Build a measured room, place furniture at true scale, add doors and windows, and switch between a clear 2D plan and interactive 3D preview. Layout checks flag wall crossings, overlapping footprints, approximate door-swing conflicts, and a narrowed main path.
Before delivery day, enter the rigid dimensions of a sofa, dresser, appliance, or other large item. Measure each doorway, hallway, landing, elevator, and right-angle turn in order. Roomspan tests practical orientations, applies your safety margin, and explains the closest constraint.
