About this app
Made for a clear purpose.
NPSHgraph is a native pump-study workspace for engineers, operators, technicians, and students working with rotodynamic pump systems.
Enter a certified pump curve with flow, head, efficiency, and NPSHr values. Define the system static head and resistance, then solve the pump/system operating intersection instead of selecting the nearest sampled point.
Explore speed and impeller changes with affinity-law scenarios while preserving the original reference data. NPSHgraph interpolates efficiency and NPSHr at the solved flow, shows best-efficiency-point position and brake horsepower, and charts pump, system, required-NPSH, and available-NPSH behavior.
The suction balance breaks NPSHa into atmospheric head, tank pressure, liquid level, suction losses, and vapor-pressure head. Adjust altitude, temperature, fluid mix, pressure, and level and see the margin update immediately. Save studies locally and create a native PDF through the system share sheet.
No account, advertising, subscription, login, web view, or network connection is required.
NPSHgraph is an engineering screening aid. Use current certified pump curves, actual fluid properties, elevations, fittings, transients, and the responsible engineer's criteria.
