About this app

Made for a clear purpose.

Cellquorum is a local measured-cell screening and grouping ledger for qualified battery technicians, repair researchers, reuse programs, laboratories, educators, and advanced users who need better evidence than handwritten labels.

Import or enter cell ID, batch, measured capacity, internal resistance, open-circuit voltage, temperature, cycle count, disposition, and notes. Apply explicit screening limits, quarantine suspect rows, and create deterministic candidate groups that balance summed measured capacity and equivalent resistance. Every excluded row retains its reason.

KEY FEATURES - Measured cell and batch ledger - CSV import with quoted-field support - Capacity, resistance, voltage, and temperature screens - Candidate, quarantine, and retired dispositions - Deterministic series-group candidate matching - Group capacity and equivalent-resistance comparison - Explicit excluded-row reasons and unassigned inventory - Local PDF and JSON evidence export - Complete 30-cell review dataset - 340 original offline measurement and safety plates - No account, ads, analytics, tracking, IAP, or subscription

Cellquorum organizes recorded measurements and candidate group balance; it is not a battery design, construction, charging, or safety authorization tool. Damaged, unknown, mismatched, or suspect cells can cause fire, toxic exposure, and serious injury. Follow cell-maker limits and qualified battery procedures.
