Agent Oasis is a private operations console for people running AI agents. It brings communication, observability, cost control, outcome review, and security boundaries into one native Mac workspace.
COMMUNICATE WITH CONTROL Use Oasis Relay to deliver owner-approved messages to channels discovered from a configured Hermes profile. Every outbound delivery requires an explicit permission and deliberate Send action. The delivery log is auditable, while message-body retention is a separate opt-in. Incoming channel transcripts and direct-agent chat are not imported.
TRACE EVERY RUN The Universal Flight Recorder accepts OpenTelemetry JSON on loopback and turns agent activity into a readable mission timeline. Inspect latency, token use, reported and estimated cost, errors, retries, tools, and evidence without exposing raw chain-of-thought. Metadata-only capture is the default.
PROVE THE VALUE Proof of Value keeps activity separate from outcomes. Record accepted, revised, rejected, and verified results; compare cash cost, human supervision, and quality; and identify repeated capability gaps without manufacturing a single magic ROI score.
OPERATE YOUR FLEET Connect a Hermes host through native SSH with pinned host identity, or connect an OpenClaw Gateway through its documented WebSocket protocol. Review agent and skill scorecards, session activity, fleet health, cost coverage, and recent work. Read-only discovery is the default, while channel delivery and OpenClaw agent turns remain separately disabled until you enable them.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your workspace is encrypted locally with AES-256-GCM. Its key stays in this Mac's Keychain and unlock requires device-owner authentication. Agent Oasis has no account, advertising SDK, analytics service, or hosted Agent Oasis backend. Imports and exports use files you choose. Network connections go only to endpoints you configure, or to Apple App Store Connect after you add your own API credential and explicitly request a sync.
DECIDE WITH EVIDENCE Decision Lab, Portfolio, Ledger, Experiments, Vault, and the tamper-evident Audit log keep operational facts, measured cash, estimates, permissions, and evidence clearly separated.
Agent Oasis supports macOS 15 or later on Apple silicon and Intel Macs.
